JMF Group Inc. before JMF Digital Print Solutions Inc. is a society incorporated under the law of
the State of Florida since 2003 with document number P03000027724. The Board Directors are
Maria Ochoa as President, Luis Buitrago as Vice-President and Luis F Buitrago as Manager, who
are personally responsible for developing its social object consistent of realization of any legal
activity or business permitted under the rules and regulations of the United States, the State of
Florida or any other, territory or nation.
For nearly fourteen years, JMF Group Inc. through its subsidiaries in Colombia and Panama had
until June 2015 a presence in those markets, achieving in this way a high level of participation
in the field of graphic arts as a dealer of some companies, which they manufacture raw
materials (banner, back lit, vinyl, panel rigids, solvents-uv-latex ink and solvent), spare parts,
and equipments such as cutting machines, laminators, plotters, routers-CNC and digital printers
in small, medium and large format made in United States, Israel, Canada, France and China
from companies like Hewlett Packard Scitex-Designjet, NUR Star, ARLON, ORAFOL, Avery, AXYZ,
Caldera and EASTSIGN respectively, also JMF provided a dedicated technical support service to
abovementioned installed machines.
Recently, JMF Group Inc. decided to go into different markets, reason why it has the privilege of
distributing in the South Florida some products of DISTRIBUIDORA DE PAPELES S.A. - Dispapeles
S.A., which has produced and sold in the Colombian market for more than forty (40) years with
its branches in Ecuador and Central America: thermal-carbonless and bond paper rolls,
continuous and detachable forms, envelopes, labels, cards as means of payment-identification-
accreditation and communication, products made with the use of different raw materials and
substrates as bond-thermal-chemical paper, autocopied, plastic or p.v.c. and cartoon, some of
them printing in lithographic, flexographic and digital system in 1 to 8 inks.
